Bubbles

One sunny afternoon, Kaitlyn really wanted to blow bubbles.
We searched and searched and searched, but we could not find any bubbles.
So, we made our own. We cut one end of a drinking straw at equal intervals and pushed the pieces back to form a sort of star shape. Then, we mixed a guesstimated amount of dish soap with half a jam jar of water. (The water was purple and oily looking when the bubbles were good.) Here are the results of our efforts:

Kaitlyn blew and blew. Sometimes, she blew suds.

So she stirred the bubble soap some more.

And blew some more.

And then, she blew a bubble.

And another bubble.

Then, she blew lots of bubbles.

Blowing bubbles made Kaitlyn happy.

She even liked to pop the bubbles.

And, she did.

And that was our afternoon of blowing bubbles.
