...Happiness and cheer
Fun for all that children call
Their favorite time of the year
Snowflakes in the air
Carols everywhere
Olden times and ancient rhymes
Of love and dreams to share
Sleigh bells in the air
Beauty everywhere
Yuletide by the fireside
And joyful memories there
Christmas time is here
We'll be drawing near
Oh, that we could always see
Such spirit through the year
Oh, that we could always see
Such spirit through the year...

We here at the farm are getting into the holiday spirit. We've been decorating since last Friday when we took down all the fall decorations and started hanging Christmas decorations! We helped them get out their tree and decorate it last night...But not before meeting the new additions to their families--Alli and Chancey. These two new dogs are Amanda's and Spencer's, and they are hoping to breed puppies to sell back to the pet shop to make a little money. Hope got Happi for Christmas last year, and they may have a
We helped string lights on the tree and put up ornaments. We watched as Spencer was hoisted to the top with the angel. Then we all sat back and admired our work with the lights turned out except for the tree. That's one of my favorite parts of Christmas!
And then at the end, John crashed on the floor, as he'd just spent the last three days traveling through five countries, and then driving eight hours with two dogs in a borrowed Jeep... He was a little tired!
